Rick Barraclough

Rick was admitted to legal practice in 1974 and has been in practice in Forster Tuncurry since 1978. He is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law and specialises in most aspects of property law including development, subdivision, conveyancing, finance and security, business formation, sale and acquisition, commercial and retail leasing, joint ventures, revenue and GST.

He also actively practices in civil and commercial litigation, wills, probates and estates. In the course if his legal practice Rick has acted for a large number of sporting clubs and voluntary organisations. This has involved dealing with a wide variety of problems which do arise in the course of conduct of such organisations.

Rick is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and has extensive experience in family law matters including property matters involving complex affairs, Businesses, family trusts and other entities.
In addition to handling an average of approximately 300 conveyancing transactions per year over the past several years Rick has been involved as legal representative in a broad range of interesting and significant property matters.
